The LabChrom Chromatographic Data Station is a sophisticated, state of art data acquisition and processing system. It is installable to an IBM-PC compatible computer, contains analog/digital converter, digital interface board (over BASIC system), digital/analog interface (in CONTROL system) and chromatographic software.
      LabChrom Data Station is connectable to all type of chromatographic instruments as GC, LC, HPLC, amino acid analyser, capillar electrophoretic instrument, densitometer. It is possible to execute all the chromatographic data processing techniques, as integration, calibration, quantitative analysis, index computation, calculation of chromatographic parameters.
      The LabChrom Data Station is more efficient, more economy than classic techniques as integrators or recorders.

Common technical parameters:

A/D converter

• 20 bit A/D conversion -> 1(V resolution, that lets to detect 1 ppm component together with main component.
• The A/D converter has two channels, but no independents. For measure only one (selectable) channel is usable.
• The A/D converter has differential input, input resistance >1GOhm.
• Ground independent optical isolation, that eliminates ground disturbations.
• The sampling rate is 10 Hz. In case of FAST system 20, 25, 50, 60 or 100 Hz is possible, for special chromatographic techniques.

Digital interface

• The digital interface can accept START, READY signal, can generate AUTOZERO signal, or controls autosampler, if the autosampler input-output lines enable the external control.
• The pump control panel gives 0-10V voltage signal for 2 pcs of HPLC pump.
• Full gradient eluction is possible.

Chromatographic software

• Gnome-2 graphic interface.
• The measure is executed in background mode, therefore the processing of previous chromatogram is possible while the measure is in progress.
• On-line HELP.

• Interactive graphic, ZOOM.
• Overlay up to 6 chromatograms with ratio or difference of two chromatograms

Warranty condition
Chemotron have a one year limited warranty covering both parts and labor. Should any device become defective due to faulty parts or workmanship within the guarantee period, it will be repaired or changed at the service station of Chemotron at no charge to the customer. Warranty is void if failure of the software or the hardware has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. No liability for consequential damages and data loss.
